ASMR Psych Eval 💙 When You Need to be Admitted 💙 Neuro Exam, Personal Questions, Grounding

Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You have come into our emergency department as a psych patient tonight. One of our psychiatrists will come in and ask you some questions after letting you know that she'll only discuss what you're comfortable with. After, she will do a quick exam to rule out any neurological or other underlying causes and then she will do some grounding exercises with you.

aghhh this is wonderful! i have trauma from being in&out of mental hospital, it really isn't fun & being in a dehumanising place with often dehumanising staff during some of your lowest points. this is really comforting 😭😭 thank you dr cozy!!

As someone who was almost admitted (managed to find the right meds) this video basically sums up what an experience SHOULD be on a mental health ward. I had an amazing doctor and I fully believe recovery starts with the people around you learning how to help so thank you for showing so many people what they should experience should they find themselves in this unfortunate situation ❤
