To whoever’s reading this through blurry eyes and a tired heart: you made it through today. That’s enough. That’s brave.

For years, I thought healing meant "getting over it", pushing the pain away, pretending it didn't hurt, staying strong on the outside. But the truth is, I only started healing when I allowed myself to feel everything without shame. I stopped fighting the pain and just sat with it, and slowly, it began to teach me. The biggest lesson? Pain isn’t here to punish you — it’s here to awaken you. If you're going through something right now, don’t rush it. Let it shape you. You're not breaking — you’re transforming.

The love I thought I needed from others I really just need it from myself

The part of this video that hit me the hardest was…

“The suffering was not a punishment it was a calling. A cry from your soul to come back home.”

"The love i was seeking outside....
Was always already inside myself."

🕯 This isn’t ordinary loneliness – it’s the solitude of someone beginning to understand themselves. If you’re feeling this, you’re not broken… you’re awakening. Thank you for putting into words what can’t be explained.

I have severe cPTSD. An extremely suffocating and unhappy childhood, crippling poverty, physical pain. I have lived through immense pain with the desire for growth and change in mind - Jung's writing on this is exactly why I'm still alive. All pain is a lesson and sometimes that lesson is as simple as learning how much you can endure. You WILL suffer from external forces you cannot control, but through the suffering you will learn how to protect yourself and advocate for others. This knowledge doesn't fix everything - but it will make you so brave and so strong and it will carry you through

people suffer today because they are scared of confronting the unknown, but i think its worth knowing that courage isn't the absence of fear but the will power to keep going regardless of fear ❤❤

This single quote shattered me:
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
Most of us suffer not because of the world, but because we’ve never dared to meet the parts of ourselves we buried.

a certain thing about knowledge is that it gives confidence and strengthen the ones you have already.
carl jung perception of individuation is very powerful and insightful, what i learnt is beyond what the ordinary mind can capture. it has helped built my perspective and added to my wisdom. i feel ready to go and transformed.

Your pain is the breaking of the shell that hides your deeper self.

weird how these videos always show up when you need them. this one got me thinking deep. i recently read the hidden jung files by elena graves and it broke down so much about why we repeat cycles even when we think we are doing everything right. highly recommend it if youre in that place.

What an essential liver punch to the soul. What surprised me the most? That I've been lying about my pain and trauma my entire life, running from it only ensuring the chase I'll never escape. Pain is feedback to the transducer network, a fundamental in cybernetics.

Jung’s work always hits different. It’s not about fixing the surface—it’s about meeting the parts of ourselves we were taught to avoid. Watching this felt less like gaining answers and more like losing illusions. Anyone else feel that strange mix of discomfort and clarity?
