How To FAKE Depth Of Field In Photoshop (Realistically!)

In this Photoshop tutorial, you'll learn how to apply a background blur to your images, but in an easier and more realistic way than ever before using a Neural Filter. With the Depth Blur filter, you can easily create a realistic background blur in a photo to create a fake depth of field effect. The downside to this is that it can have hit-and-miss results, which is why I go into a work around in the second example where I use two different Depth Blur Filters to create a realistic background blur-free of any amateur-looking mistakes. Hope you enjoy! :)

Great tutorial, Brendan. I don't have much use for this neural filter, but your video is the clearest explanation I've watched on Youtube. Thank you.
