Very late on this but I found the easiest way was to stand on the bridge-heavy attack down when you see her footprints and roll. Then head to the other side of the room and do the same. You can always go back to the bridge and repeat.

Pro tip: If you want the dagger, pick some weapon that doesn't damage her too much. You need to do poise damage not actual damage. My +14 greatsword got her down to 1 hit by the time she became visible. So no dagger for me :(

I never got a chance at the tail. She was invisible the entire fight. On my 6th or 7th hit she became visible, I rolled away to avoid any pending attack, and she died.

it is a shame killing her. she doesn't seem inherintley evil. just minding her business and then you invade her home and kill her.. and its a sin so I dislike killing her but not fighting her feels as though im losing out on my game experience I absolutely hate skipping content or not looking at every corner getting the complete experience

This was a bad guide indeed, you need to do poise damage not actual damage to make her visible to cut her tail.

I don't get it, I'm doing my first ds playthrough and I keep seeing people referring to priscilla as easy, I find her to be the hardest boss I've encountered so far, I did ornsteing and smough first try so I can play a little, but she keeps kicking my ass with bleed while invisible

How many effin times do you have to hit her when she’s invisible? Iv hit her over 20 times with a +10 claymore and she’s still won’t become visible..
