From the 2008 Blu-ray release of "The Godfather" (1972).
This restoration was done in 4K. Despite this 4K restoration existing (probably with a lack of HDR), they decided to create a new 4K restoration for the Ultra HD Blu-ray release.
As the title suggests, this includes the opening (which adds a then-current Paramount logo) and the closing (which plasters the original Paramount logo).
