The falling exercises alone will get you fit.The effortless way you are doing it, is proof how fit you and your pupils are. Maybe all gyms and fighting arts should include these exercises.I am aware of comments that aikido is not practical martial art, but for me as viewer it is still beautifull, flowing art.I think the health benefit is far more practical than the actual self defence.

This is without question one of the finest, if not THE finest, examples of ukemi that I have ever seen. Dobroka Sensei is a fine technician of Aikido
, one of the best, for sure. I wonder if he is at the level of Tohei Sensei in his mastery of "ki", or anyone in the martial arts world who has either experienced, or mastered "ki". I am new to Dobroka Sensei; I have not heard of him before, but so far he has impressed me very much. He is a very good Teacher.
