Retrieving enough birch sap from a tree to fill a bottle takes about 24 hours, but it is worth it. It has a delicious slightly sweet flavor that makes for a good cocktail ingredient.

Man the Soviets had some dangerous drinks. That looks absolutely immaculate.

When I lived in Connecticut, I found that birch beer was a very popular local soda. It was usually clear, occasionally blue, and had a very similar flavor to root beer.

Блять думаю надо накатить водочки, сесть на своего медведя, доехать до ближайшего лес, нафармить берёзового сока и шишек, срубить дерево, сделать из него матрёшку и повторить этот коктель

Personally I like Water brand water. It has the subtle aroma of the sea without any of the saltiness, and contains hints of vanilla and coriander with a slightly watery flavor. It's the best brand of water by far.

Первый раз вижу что бы водку миксили с берёзовым соком, но выглядит заманчиво, даже не думал о такой комбинации

As birch sap enjoyer i recomended to collect sap itself in glass bottles because natural fresh and bottled birch sap are a very different things

Интересно, как много европейцев и американцев заинтересованы в Советском контенте. Но самому смотреть довольно любопытно

I made several glasses of this today, 3/3 Lenin score is accurate! The birch water compliments the vodka so well - even better than orange juice - and the honey gets the birch water up to the optimum sweetness. I definitely want to head down to the local russian store again to buy more of the amazing берёзовый сок! Big thanks Vlad slick for this cocktail to your russian friends, it was tastier than my expectations! (Most homemade cocktail on youtube is a let down)

Birch tree juice is good, as it is, but I like it most when its "fermented", my grandpa just used to throw some dried raisins in the freshly collected birch tree juice bottles and let it sit, till they became cloudy, it gets that fizzy and tangy flavor 🤤 yum. The fresh one is very sweet and refreshing, the fermented one is tangy but also very refreshing
