Some people say this romance is out of character for Wednesday but honestly, even if it is, Idc. It actually adds more depth to her character, making her more than just a girl with no emotion. Even then, Jenna is so good at portraying Wednesday that even her blank face says a thousand words at times

Tyler is actually quite a tragic character. Tyler wasn't always a monster, until the Botanist literally groomed him to be Hyde. At worse he was just a bigot to outcast, making pranks and bullying outcast, but when the botanist showed him that his mother was an outcasts, he started changing his perspective. Moving away from his Outcasts Hating friends.

The Normie bullies even seem to hate him for abandoning them in their crusade to hate Outcasts too. Unfortunately the botanist, used Tyler's new found trust to controlled him, literally chained him up, and possibly torture.

Don't forget that the Hyde's nature is to be loyal to the one who broke his shell. In time, Tyler became more intertwined with Hyde and liked it more....

Look at him when he saw her dancing and tell me he was faking all of his feelings for Wednesday. They are made for each other! I don't believe he lied about everything. I think Tyler genuinely liked Wednesday and always accepted her for who she is. He never got mad at her for being dismissive, sadistic, selfish or not returning his affections outwardly, he just went with it unlike Xavier. However, him being the hyde and his master hating her got between them. Tyler actually saved her life so any times and fought his urge to kill her in his hyde state on multiple occasions, plus killing any threats to her including Rowen and the homeless guy who threatened her in the old meeting house ruin. He only attacked her when he was ordered to but had several opportunities to do it. He got more and more unstable the more he turned into the hyde and was manipulated by Laurel, which is why it turned into a competitive winner/loser conversation at the police station. She was pissed she was tricked be because of her competitive nature vs the fact she hurt Xavier. I don’t think Wednesday was ever freaked out by him saying his victims’ fear was delicious because freaking people out is something she takes pleasure in herself, plus she doesn’t really mind potentially killing people if it serves her purpose like with the swimmers and the piranhas. She was really more fascinated by the hyde than scared of it and wanted to catch it to figure out the puzzle vs justice, and only really became mad after it hurt Eugene. She is protective over people she tolerates like her brother and friends and was getting even. Xavier is a good guy with a moral compass. He got mad when Wednesday was with Tyler and couldn’t understand that she honestly didn’t care about his mean prank. Wednesday was impressed by Tyler’s prank on Xavier vs judgmental because it was mean, and he was impressed by her piranha stunt vs being horrified. They are much more on the same creepy, sadistic wavelength than her and Xavier. Tyler liked her the way she was and never judged her for not caring as much. Xavier will be the one to change her to be a bit more moral, nice, and socially acceptable, but in her original state she was much more like Tyler.

Eugene saw the monster in the forest but at that time Tayler was with Wednesday in the party.Eugene was already running before Tyler could get out from the party.

People who say that emotions are out of character for Wednesday clearly need to rewatch the movies and TV show because she does show some emotions, not necessarily happy but others like sarcasm, determination, vengefulness, curiosity, annoyance, etc. Plus, people forget that we have never seen a teenage Wednesday before. We have had antisocial little girl Wednesday who is home/cage schooled and antisocial tween Wednesday who ends up with a boyfriend-ish in Aadams Family Values and friends in the animated series. Now that she is an older teenager, an age where more serious romances happen, it makes sense that she would have an actual boyfriend, especially a nonjudgmental, semi-sociopathic, semi-sadistic, creepy-normie who good with her weirdness and goes with her vibe like Tyler.

Okey guys, I did a rewatch and I realize two things. First, after Tyler said Wednesday what is about to happen, he had tears in his eyes when he went away. I think it's because he really was into Wednesday and everything he said was caused but Lauren's power over him. Second thing is the fact, that he didn't say anything about his feelings for Wednesday. He didn't admit, that all was only a trick and he never ever loved her. For me, him and Wednesday are ment to be and I don't care he is actually a Hyde. For God sake, she's Wednesday Addams, she loves danger and strange things and people. I love them toghether ❤
