Btw the reason why okapis have stripes like that is because it’s like a follow me sign so that their babies can see them through the thick vegetation and also since every okapi has different stripes that means the mother or baby can find the right mother or baby

The okais stripes are because of their adaptations, lions are colour blind so okapis and zebras can blend into the tall grass and its gonna be hard for lions to find them
