With Acronis you can create image out of recovery partition and extract it to a new drive. Also 2 recovery DVDs should be enough to burn recovery partition.

Yeah i got the same model 2 weeks ago, so far its been really well, although i did have a problem creating the recovery discs. It required 4 dvds, everytime i would try to create the 2nd dvd, instead of making the second part of the recovery series it would treat the second dvd like the first dvd. So i just called hp and they sent me a complete set of recovery discs for free. This is the best laptop i could find for $450. Now ijust need to find a great laptop case for it.

How do you bear cluttered UP and DOWN keys on keyboard? I liked keyboard but these small UP and DOWN keys disappoint me.

@TigerClaw305 My laptop came with instructions on how to make a recovery disk for myself. I'm pretty sure most PC's are like that now (coming without an already made recovery disk.)
