While I’m not a big fan of how often that word gets thrown around these days. Since it seems everyone is claiming their sig other/spouse is a narcissist.

Living with someone who was diagnosed with it was brutal.

I’ll never forget always wanting to not leave because I knew I was a safe space for my mom and younger sisters in the chaos. I’ll always remember stopping back at the house to get mail shortly after I left. My sister seen me ran up and hugged me, started crying and said “please don’t leave” my heart has never been more broken then in that moment.

Unfortunately at that time I wasn’t in a place where I could provide for her my mom etc. thankfully things have changed now though 😊

I want to encourage those going through it, keep your head up. Seek some professional help if you’re able. You’re not crazy or less than based on another persons opinion. You’re strong, talented and have a purpose in this life!

Strange it dont sound very live and raw has someone messed around with the sound. Also the lips aint moving with the words unless im a dinosaur and using a bad internet connection.
