BEST Duo Olm GUIDE & How To SKIP SPECIALS

possibly the single most underrated cox guide. Every single person doing cox should see this doesnt matter the party size but ESPECIALLY for those of us struggling to find a good duo method that doesnt have some weird 18 tile path that takes you back to falador to do skips

One thing I'll add on the head phase - when Olm is not looking at you, move into the middle to encourage Olm to turn his head into the middle. When he does this, you can move back to the side, which avoids both mage and melee side taking damage. :thumbs-up:

I've watched so many guides to try to learn to skip, and couldn't wrap my head around it.

This one, however, went with the KISS method - keep it simple, stupid. And I think I actually get it now.

One thing to note about the specials at 1:37: Just before this, a flame wall was the first attack melee side. Then treehugger moved to the right in order to free his friend from the flame wall. This kept the head melee side, causing a second auto attack on that side. This changed it from mage set to melee set. Then, a special (lightning) occurred while Olm turned its head to mage side (which is another way to tell it's melee set). It was melee set for the rest of the phase. This didn't matter because the hand crippled right after and was crippled for the rest of the phase. Specials don't happen when the hand is crippled.

Another thing to note is that Bob is attacking the melee hand during phase 1 when the mage hand isn't dead yet. He's not supposed to be.

Good guide. Just want to clear up some aspects for beginners.
