Actually, Otis' second star power is a 33% damage increase because he normally has three ink balls. If each one does 100 damage and does 300 in total, adding another makes that 400 ergo, 33% increase

I love how Muyo showed Chester in the "coming up:" part of the video but he's nowhere to be seen in the rest of the video.

As a Hank main, his shield SP is actually pretty good and it doesn't need a rework but a buff on how you get this shield.

Just make it so the shield gives you 25% instead of 20% damage reduction plus make it last 3 seconds after staying off from a wall.

The grom one is actually really good. The reason why grom is kinda bad is cause pro players can usually dodge his shots because they are predictable. If his attack pattern changes, it will be very hard to dodge consistently.
