With due respect, the answer is wrong
Since 103 is prime and hence there exists a Galois field of order 103, also order of multiplicative group is 102, and it was asked in examination to calculate the minimum possible order of such a answer is hence 103 😊

Why not 103
As 103=17×6+1
And 103 is least prime of the form p^n...n=1
