The Live Depart group and process was created around 2007 in the Refrigerated Division with the primary goals to reduce potential claims, increase on-time deliveries, and improve service to our customers. Since 2008, this process has helped reduce claims by $1-$2 million on average PER YEAR. Check out this video to learn more about what to expect for the Live Depart process.

Appreciate the work you guys do.
That being said the on hold times especially at night can get ridiculous. 5, 10, 20 minutes or more. I know each associate has a lot of trucks to deal with but it gets frustrating. Thanks.

Prime has been doing this within the past 5 years? Prime drivers have not always done this. When I started in 7.2010 drivers did not have to do this. I understand why this is done but for many drivers this process could seem redundant. Like paying taxes, deal with it and move on.
