I haven't tried this product by Cantu yet, but I have recently been using Taliah Waajid's Curly Curl Crean and it lasts nearly a week, no gel needed. I have 4C hair, that is similar to yours. When friz occurs, I just add more water and a little more product and the curls come right back. No white residue. It's amazing, try it!

Thanks for the extra tips. Your curls are super nice girl! I had that same problem with the residue but you are a big help. Just try adding some oil, will do. So cute! I like mixing products as well, I'm so glad to see that some else does this too.
