Gagne is so locked in on that R1, and he's so good it's hard for the rest of the riders to stay with him, much less pass him. Also, he's money in the starts so the other guys have to spend their time playing catch up from the beginning. I had high hopes for Cam Beaubier coming back from Moto2 this year but mishaps and mistakes have sort of neutralized him.

Man, Cam has had a string of bad luck. Hope he’s okay, I feel so bad for him, seeing that he also hit his head pretty bad at Brainerd. I’ve seen first hand, from my brother, what a tbi looks like from a motorcycle accident, it’s life altering. Hope Cam heals up okay.

Sad to see Bobby crash out, Cinderella story would have been fun to see. Gagne is so tough, just keeps cranking out fast lap after lap, just daring guys to run his pace and many crash trying. It’s been a fun year though with Cam B and Herrin thrown in the mix.
