THE PROBLEM WITH HOUSEKEEPING IS THAT SOMETIME THEY INVOLVE YOU WITH THE MAINTANCE DEPARTMENT I CALL THAT UNPROFESSIONALISM, I DONT MIND CLEANING BUT DONT SENT ME TO DO SOMETHING I WAS NOT HIRED FOR AND PAY ME THE SAME. ALSO SOMETIME MAINTANCE MANAGERS WHO ARE HIRED IN A A COMISSION BASE TRY TO EVEN MAKE YOU DO JOBS THAT ARE OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT LIKE REMOVING SNOW OR DO WORKS THAT SHOLD BE DONE BY A CONTRACTOR, ALOT OF MANAGERS DO THIS SO THAT THEY CAN SPLIT THE ANUAL EXPENSES AND TAKE IT AS A BONUS WHICH AS RESULT ONLY AFFECTS THE EMPLOYEE BECAUSE THEY KEEP OVER LOADING THEM WITH WORK AND LEAVING BEHIND THEIR OWN DUTIES.

Just turned 19 with a good chance landing one of these jobs, I do all of these just cause my dad tells me to do it. Hope I can get it

It’s amazing how many people don’t know how to replace light bulbs 💡🤔 I guess if you are never taught you wouldn’t know 🤔 I have a clogged kitchen sink in my house and I’ve done everything I can to fix it and it’s still backing up and yes I’ve plunged and used drain cleaner. A plumber probably needs to snake it. Just a couple drains no garbage disposal. When I’ve done everything I can myself and it’s still a problem then I call for help 😃

Do your disposals not have the hole on the bottom with the little allen wrench to un jam it? Always wondered why you and Lex use that wrench.

lol never knew there was a disposal tool, I would either use a copper pipe or a mixer for paint and use the end where it goes into the drill

I just replace the whole tub drain lol. Especially because it might rust sooner or later or in case they move out wont have to do that part for my turn

Been a tech for 7 years never once have i had a day with these easy fixes
1) gfi doesnt reset a loose wire have to follow to source. Tear fuse box apart to find a loose wire
2) bath drain : never just hair usually a toy in the drain need to haul 100 lb snake to 3rd floor to break it loose
3) lock: never happens usually door is jacked or frame needs replacement
4) garbage disposal: its a shot glass broken off into disposal busting the blades while shorting out the outley and burning wires causing a full plug and junction box replacement and new wiring because it burned out a wire in master bedroom which i had to trace took me a hour. Anyone looking into this career. This video does NOT show you a everyday maint tech if i had a day like this id be in cloud 9. Btw taking nothing away from man posting video im sure he has had his share of “long days” but dont base this video if u think bein a tech is easy
