Common Sense,
As given, in AP - So constant multiple of all Ratios are same.
Aur ydi constant same h to ratio v same hi rhega, Thats why = (Vinay / Veera) = 6/7


Basic =>
Now, 2 yrs later = (5x+2)/(8x+2)=2/3, x = 2
Ratio = Vinay/Veera = (6*2)/(7*2) = 6/7
