I think that's a fandub. Just watch it subbed, that's what I did (I watched the first season dubbed as well). The subs are good and the voice actors are good as well. Just adjust to the change of names for a lot of things and it's fine.

Oh I see, I think Funimation officially released their dub so I'll how that one sounds first but I'll give it another shot.

Hmm I see. The new voice actors in the English dub threw me off too but I'll get back to it eventually.

Season 2 was very meh. Loads of school life filler episodes. Season 3 is worth the buildup though imo.
