N52 CAI under $150

Small duct in bumper that allows air to pass through that’s why temps are good !

Hot air intake…cone filter not sitting near the airs entrance. Might wanna angle it better and get the cold air to run through your engine. You could also stick to the regular air box and get a mishimoto Intake boot which comes with no resonator.

my brother in christ by definition a Cold air intake pulls air from outside of the engine bay usually via tubes. at best that is a high flow intake but i’d be willing to bet if you cut it apart the overall finger surface area is equal to or less than the oem paper filter. try a much larger and oval shaped filter will greater surface area.

Best to keep the stock box an a k&n filter just cut out the charcoal filter 😅 save yourself over whatever you thought about paying

Pipe right next to the alternator, it’s not the cold air intake you measure for air. It’s the pipes.

Best thing to do is just stick a free’er flowing air filter in the original air box. This is simply a hot air intake. Doing nothing worthwhile.

Why would you do that?? Lol you HAD a cold air intake sucking air from the best possible location, now you have a hot air intake that is going to choke for air and get heat soaked when you sit at a light.

Has to be said but the stock air box is the best setup just do charcoal filter delete and k&n filter and you’ll be good

Service engine light persistence along with the car running to lean cause it’s getting to much air not enough fuel. Bogs out at stops idles rough… Great advice
