Something happened today and afterwards I was thinking about you Nastya ...

Rick had an appointment and I had an hour to wait for him, so I went for a walk.
It was a very windy day and my long hair was flying about in the wind. I should have put it into a ponytail, but it wasn't so windy before we drove into town.
Towards the end of my walk, I paused to look at an old building that had been demolished. I had briefly noticed a cyclist on the path ahead, but turned away to look at the site.
Suddenly the cyclist was behind me and spoke. He had stopped to say, "Your hair is amazing!"
When I turned around the wind fanned my hair into a white halo and the sun was shining on it and I was thinking it must look eccentric 🤣
Fortunately, the guy complimented me ! 😆 He spoke with an accent - Russian?!!
This town is the back-end of nowhere ... and here's a Russian?!! 😳
🤔 Hmmm, should I make a fool of myself and speak in Russian? Why not? 😏
The cyclist was very surprised😯!
We had a lovely chat. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. Born in Stalingrad and moved to Tasmania, but doesn't live there now.
We talked about lots of things, including the city of my dreams, St. Petersburg 🥰

That experience was interesting and I certainly I need to study a lot more!
