Monarch Lathe Progress Update

Over the Thanksgiving break we made significant progress on disassembly of the Monarch lathe, aided by the Yale 3-Ton hoist. We are lifting from a fixed point right now, which limits what we can do. In an upcoming video we will augment the lifting capability with a trolley riding on a 25 ft beam, which will allow us to position and move components during disassembly/reassembly!
