All that would be incredibly useful advice if you actually scheduled visa interviews for spouses and children of US Citizens but since you are catastrophically FAILING families of US Citizens your interview advice is useless. (since you aren't scheduling spousal interviews for 10+ months)

It’s been 5 months now after my spouse was DQ, and still no interview date. All this news about faster processing from US Embassy PH is “fake news”!

Why so strict on Filipinos trying to follow the system? When much easier to be say, a Russian trying to get in? Let alone anyone just coming across the border and getting set up accordingly? Perhaps there could be one sanctuary city dedicated especially for Filipinos who have basic identification and no arrest warrants, or on watch list, etc. ?
