I had Samsung, and NEVER had to do this all of the time. I have a MOTO 5G now, and there are two ways to fix this: 1 use Firefox. 2 throw the MOTO 5G in the trash.

I am using Moto Edge 50 Pro. I have enabled "Ask where to save each file before downloading" setting on my Chrome browser.
Actual Behaviour: Simply downloading without asking where to save the file.
Expected Behaviour: Before any file is saved on our local storage, a pop-up window should open and ask where to save the file. Once we click save then only the expected file gets downloaded on our local.
I am experiencing the issue on Moto edge 50 pro and Moto G52 as well.
Any solutions for this?
