INGREDIENTS
- 1/2-3/4 cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk (or similar)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp flax seed meal
- 4-6 capsules Blue Majik

Suggested Toppings: granola, sliced banana, goji berries, bee pollen. frozen blueberries, cashew or almond butter

DIRECTIONS
1) Starting with almond milk, put all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. You want this very thick, so add more banana or frozen pineapple as needed.

2) Turn out into bowl and top with anything you like!

wow ive been watching you guys forever and then I got my laptop stolen and I had to get a new one and I totally forgot to subscribe again, then this morning I was listening to iggy azeleas song im so fancy from one of my old playlists and I automatically started singing, 'im so and all the memories came back from your channel. ive just subscribed again and ive been having a huge whatsupmoms marathon. its crazy how much all of your kids have grown they are all so lovely and beautiful, you all must be very proud parents. ps. There's a Lebanese recipe I think you'd enjoy. Its called "meghle", it's made out of rice flour, water and spices. Its honestly so so good.
If you feel like trying it, just mix 1 cup of rice flour and 7 cups of water, 1 large spoon of cinnamon, 1 other of nutmeg and 1 other of cumin, a bit of sugar if you feel like it. Bring it to a boil and mix constantly during 5minutes so you don't let clumps form. You can then put it into smaller bowls and add coconut shreds, almonds and pistachios on top.
So so good! Hope you try this.

Mango and oj as a base
And toppings were
Banana, berries, granola, chocolate chips, and Nutella (lmao)
