Mega Man X: Consistent 'Leap of Faith' Tornado Strat

This strat is for the Sigma 1 level in Mega Man X. As opposed to 100% where you purposefully take damage to reduce your health, you can reduce bonking enemies in the intro and make it with ease to the loading zone of the platforms and make the leap of faith considerably easier, then you just take damage in the enemy hallway leading up for Vile skip.
