I had the pleasure of dealing with Stavros last week (May 9th). He was assisting my son-in-law in checking in baggage early. Stavros was such a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful, and caring. When we were finished checking-in the bags we both shook his hand and thanked him, because it was the natural thing to do. I am certain that I have never shook the hand of an airline customer service agent before and I know I have never experienced such good customer service from an airline agent.
