Male lions job is just two things: defend and kill. They will lay their lives on the line, a male tiger won't because he has nothing to defend. I do agree that tigers are bigger, and stronger, but when comes down to sheer power and the fact of the crown (mane), I give the edge to the lion.

Haha according to comparison they are same tooth force bite..strong and fast..so how can u explain that..that the early tym they measure is a young lion..it was 600 bite force..but when they measure the fully grown lion is about 1700 bite force...its almost a bite force of a bear..

Bengal Tiger wins it easy. Bengals are beasts. As I have said earlier, they are very different from other tigers and show great extents of courage.

In a fight, a Bengal won't try to escape. It will fight to the finish. It is very ferocious and strong, because it walks great miles daily, they climb trees regularly in India and swim a lot, of course. So they keep themselves in great physical shape.
