Canada, US, and Mexico leaders 'strengthen partnership' at summit - BBC News

Joe Biden, Justin Trudeau and Andrés Manuel López Obrador said they had strengthened a regional partnership after a summit in Mexico City.

They discussed economic co-operation, climate change, and the movement of people and drugs across the southern US border.

President Biden recently announced a plan to accept up to 30,000 migrants each month, while also expanding a policy to make it easier to send many back to Mexico.

This is about building friendship and maintaining a good relationship between three countries of North America. We know that no major decision will come out of this, yet there are opportunities to raise items of disagreement like the U.S./Mexico border issues, and the Canada/U.S. issue regarding the consumers tax credit on "made in America" electric vehicles, among others. Canada's Prime Minister definitely represents us well on the world stage.
