The F1 Academy has a BIG problem already 😳

The F1 Academy kicks off this weekend at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, however it is not being broadcasted anywhere, leaving plenty of backlash online. Do you think the F1 Academy should be live? Or is just a highlights package ok?

When even minor uk club racing meetings get live coverage on YouTube, it's incredible that this series has no coverage at all. They've been publicising it for months as though they were trying to get an audience and now nothing. It's definitely a mistake. Hope it can be corrected asap.

I get where they're coming from by showing off the best moments to help build hype, but I still think that having a separate series for women still hurts the stigma. If F1 wants to do something about it, make a team in both F2 and F3 with the resources of the frontrunning teams and give women a fair shot in the support series.

Motorsports is tackling this completely wrong. These women need to go to the same driver academies as the boys. Separating them doesn't do them any favors. They need to compete against the best .

I work in live broadcast and have directed full productions for events that have 1/1000th of the hype, excitement and potential fan base of F1 Academy. It makes no sense why they aren't streaming it, even if its a formula regional type stream, just on youtube. You'd think the AD money alone would be worth putting on a show?

In a world where us cable TV packages include a near endless litany of sports packages advertising the equivalent of Central Midwest High School Beach volleyball tournaments, there should be room for at least a live streamed YouTube channel.

If u wanna keep your sponsorship, stream it live on YouTube at minimum and F1tv. Why would a sponsor continue to pay with no ability to view them. We’re Bustamante fans but can’t even see her drive

There are so many talented casters across racing esports who would be more than happy to cast the races. Grab 7 of them, pay for them to spend the weekend at the grid, and you'd get fantastic, grass-roots style coverage, and a larger audience.

Yes they should and FOXTEL should show all of the Race Day cars instead of pushing Aussie V8 (so called Supercars) they are just NASCARs with a different cover to sell us cars we don’t want to buy
