Listening to this album with a good pair of headphones it’s an absolute experience, you are literally bombarded by sounds coming from everywhere. Electronic at its best. Probably on of the best songs ever created, the vocals, the music, the effects, the lyrics and production all together in a absolute masterpiece. Electronic nor pop music nowadays has gone so far like this album did 20 years ago. Undoubtedly one of the best albums of all times.

A true work of art, it's not enough to say that this is Madonna's best album, this is one of the greatest albums in music history. She wrote songs about motherhood, love and spirituality and musically this record combines electronic music with trip hop, I can't even describe it, it's a genre of its own.

With producers like Dr. Luke and Max Martin primarily taking over pop music nowadays, people think pop music HAS to be dumb or mindless or minimal on production, but that's not true at all. Ray of Light has to be one of the most imaginative pop albums of all time, this album STILL hasn't aged. It all sounds new today, and that's a fantastic achievement in my book.
