Rio Tinto to Build Batteries in Melbourne

Rio Tinto Group is planning to start building its own batteries in a lab in Melbourne later this year. The world’s second-biggest miner wants to experiment with clean-energy technologies. Paul Allen reports on Bloomberg Television.
