Wanted to stop by and let you know I passed the 220-1002, and am now A+ certified! I have to thank you for the immense work you put into these videos, it's truly a public service. So thank you! I actually started with the 900 series, passed the 901, then failed the 902, and when I went to purchase the exam again for a retake, it had expired. So I had to restart, and do the A+ 1000 series. So not only did I watch all of the 900 series videos you posted, I also watched all the 1000 series. This was such a big wall for me to climb over, and I'm very grateful to be done, and very grateful to the effort you put into these series. On to the Network+ cert!

Passed core 1 earlier this month and passed core 2 today! Thanks for everything, professor. I only had three weeks left to complete my certification before it cycled out of rotation. I used your videos to make flash cards, took your practice exams and watched your study groups.

I can't praise Professor Messer enough. I passed my core two a few days ago. I did have other videos and books but I would say that most of the knowable came from these videos. They are so great!! I did not buy the notes because I find writing the notes out by hand helped me learn better. I learned so much that I want to give you some money for the help, granted I don't have much. You really should put a donation button on you website for me people like me. I would donate right now if I could. I can't thank you enough. I built my first computer over 25 years ago and always dreamed of being A+ and just took the easy route and never went into IT. It was also just a hobby for me. But with these course I got my cert in a month and a half. Thank you again you truly can't understand how much you helped me. You are truly an amazing person!!

I just wanna give a shout out to Professor Messer for helping me pass my 1001 yesterday.

I failed the first time; I just read the Sybex textbook and used practice tests in the book. The second time, I used Professor Messer videos and notes, as well as Union Test Prep and Crucial Exams practice tests. I started taking notes but didn't have time, due to school. Professor Messer is lit!! Keep up the great work, sir!!!

Just passed my 220-1002 exam and became A+ certified. Thank you Professor Messer! Passed both exams on my first attempt!

For anyone wondering, I watched these once. Bought the course notes and practice exams.
These are the steps I took that helped me pass.
1) Watched all the videos
2) Read the course notes loosely.
3) Reread and highlighted the course notes
4) Summarized course notes further into my own words for the third read
5) Took all 3 practice exams and figured out what I got wrong
6) Compiled a list of all the questions I got wrong on the practice exams and which sections I needed more practice and review.
7) Reviewed all those sections and surprisingly I got a lot of questions wrong from the same section and that’s where I kept my focus.
8) Exam day I woke up extra early and did the practice exams once again and read my own summarized course notes
9) Took the test and passed :)

Hope this helps anyone else doing the exam!

Passed core 1 two days ago just from the book. Knew i would have trouble with core 2 so i spent the evening before the test watching your videos. Passed and now a+ cert. Really like how your videos are in order by objectives. Now on to net+. Thank you for putting the effort into these videos!
