Just FYI regarding your dough stretching issues:
You are tightening up all the gluten when you form your doughball, so you need to let the doughball rest for at least 15 minutes after you do that. You will always struggle to roll out or stretch a dough when you've just kneaded it into a ball. Once it's been let to sit and relax, you can stretch it out much more easily.

20:48 Tuna on pizza is quite common here in Italy, a lot of people go crazy for the "tuna and onion" one, in pizzerias it is always on the menu

Tuna on pizza oh yes. I’m Italian and even if it’s hard to find in the pizza places, our moms and grandmas make it at home quite often. It was my favourite home pizza when I was a kid.

In Brazil we have a Cheese, banana and cinnamon pizza! It’s absolutely DELICIOUS! I love eating it with some honey on top… omg!!! The best sweet pizza in the planet!

Don't skip on the vodka; it helps carry the other flavors. That's why everything else (the cream, the shallots, and butter) were so pronounced.

Videoidea: Cooking with Alcohol

My favorite would be Metaxa Sauce, over Gyros meat, covered with some onions, cheese and broiled, together with a salat and some Tzaziki on side. ^^

What I have heard about Vodka Sauce is that alcohol activates some flavour compounds. Maybe that means any alcohol could be used, but whoever started it was using vodka.

Max Miller does a good segment on the history of pizza. When you see what used to be considered a pizza suddenly some of these topping choice seem inconsequential.

Love all the pizzas! When I lived in Illinois everyone put French dressing on pizza. I’m not sure why, but it was pretty good!

During covid I experimented with a ton of pizza.
I can recommend lemon paprika pizza
Basically, base, sauce, cheese, paprika powder, thinly sliced lemons.

If you let the dough rest a bit if it doesn’t spread helps. Then go in and stretch it out some more
