I love looking at all the "YouTuber" builds but the start to look a lot the same with everyone having the same modular builds, so I appreciate that you take a box build and then make it look unique.

I love your City the way it is Daryl. Easily the best Lego City I've seen and something that's inspiring me to build my own. And the reason I love it is because it's a smaller, realistic version of a real city - the tall skyscrapers centred, surrounded by a vast retail in all different shapes and sizes, and on the outskirts you have your residential zone. If I was to make one change it would be to get rid of the residential area you have and move your modular further out leaving more space for more high rise MOC apartments and commercial buildings.

Awesome, love this plan! Really excited to see where this goes! Maybe the 4th area could be classic LEGO themes like Pirate/Castle?

To be clear, the tops of the tables are style the same, sorta, while the Lego Modular’s, Star Wars, HP, and TBD are going underneath. Some ideas: castle or classic space (as others have suggested so far), underwater is a common one, once you’ve “finalized” the above layout you could put a hole or two in the table for a subway. An idea for SW, which could take up to underside areas, are different planets/cities. Like Batuu from Galaxy’s Edge at Disney, one of the new series, or, of course, one of the movies. Can’t wait to see what’s in store! God Bless!

U make a point in video, even when Lego has many elements they can use, they make the public sets, well, not enough. BTW, the image for video makes it look like a real city, which is amazing.

I will throw a vote for a medieval/castle theme to make an appearance! With the recent releases of new LEGO castle sets, there is an abundance of new parts, minifigures, and accessories perfect for a medieval castle layout.
