My mother used to love it.
I persuaded her to stop eating it when I was a child

Why don't they put warnings on the packaging or just ban the stuff. I remember about 9 years I used to eat red licorice alot. I thought black licorice is probably better for me. I ate it for a day or two a piece here and there. That stuff made me and my husband feel weird so we stopped eating licorice period. I no longer eat sweets especially candy.
