Oh my goodness yes. I remember Traveling with BA during the 80's. Even sitting in the back with all the cigarette smokers (shocking right?) it was still mostly a good experience. In recent years I fly them only when I have to. Spending £1000 on a plane ticket and still having to beg and pay for a drink doesn't go down well. Also surprisingly I found many of the cabin crew grumpy and rude. Contrast that with Virgin, who are always my first choice. I've flown all classes with them many times and overall they've always been excellent. Also wanted to mention that Gabriella is a great find! Thanks as always!
