Edit: I should add that I don't know him personally and the comment is only my own observation of what appears to be a cunning expression - not important to the subject at hand whatsoever.

Interesting hearing, similar to when Altman testified. Regulation on AI is maybe the fastest the US government has ever moved in its life (for better or for worse).

Seems like Monsieur D's turn to speak was like someone's little brother reading his big-boy speech. Dr. F clearly nodded along like a father punctuating recital high-points (he's so proud!) :|

Having a PhD is obviously NOT a requirement for making contributions to *this* field, but Lil'D just had to put that in there. I know Congress probably had no idea about HF, but what they needed was a story -- in plain english -- not technical points.

I have no idea what is this, but this indeed not AI research (btw also i started to train my own AI model from scratch, not fine tunning)
