My main worry is if you open merlin and get ashed or something you're screwed. Why no call by the graves? How do you recover from that or if at all?

GEM makes great mats, Dude. I bought their Zodiac Fall 2017 Red and Black limited edition mat. Robbie told me theres only about 50 made. I keep it in the bag and never use it much anymore.

It really sucks that Isolde is just so good generic warrior support. They should have just made its SS eff for only noble knights. That would pretty much fix the card.

Not bad but you aren't using the deck to it's full potential.
1. Merlin shouldn't be played and if it is it's a one of at best just for his graveyard effect. Merlin is to vulnerable to hand traps. I'd suggest boarding them out and playing instant fusion instead. It provides a warrior monster being either Karbonola warrior or invoked raidjin. Also Raidjin acts as interruption when going second.

2. You should have in attack gainer or the lvl 1 six samurai tuner to make high laundsaylln. High Laundsaylln is the best Noble Knight extra deck monster next to isolde and it's easy to summon in the deck next to isolde.

3. Last but not least I do love the eachtar tech but the BEST first search off Isolde is the Empowered warrior monsters. Since they are warrior and pendulum they cam be searched off Isolde and used turn 1 in the pendulum scale to prevent your opponent from breaking your borders from attacks.
