club value isn't affected by your debt it only affected by your assets like training ground, youth academy, club renown, stadium ect you know what makes the club valuable that why you either don't see the value increase or decrease because your assets including your players plus their contracts value and staff dictates your club value not on your debt or how much money you have, typically clubs do go to the negative numbers through out the season until the big pay day that be end of the season where they will get their money and hopefully get out of the negative bank balance and continue the cycle but yeah if you offer a contract like that you would be sack in the morning since managers have some responsibility in the financial side and something like that shows you don't handle money very well
