Even though I usually look forward to arms, today was a little stressful at work (and before a holiday weekend). What's that all about? I pushed myself and did it. It was tough! A little slow between transitions but not bad for an almost 65 year old. Have a great weekend!

I wish I realized decades ago that just putting in the work and lifting those weights and doing those planks was actually *less* work than all the “shortcuts” I was trying to take…and btw so much more effective. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I know you put so much time into making daily workouts but those old VHS’s didn’t keep me motivated for long. I can make myself suffer through any move I hate for a single session and then the next day is a fresh start. Over time I’ve gotten so much stronger that I actually enjoy a lot of the moves when they come back around because I can see how much progress I’ve made. 🎉 I love your completely doable baby steps approach. There’s always a modification, and therefore no excuse! You’ve really shifted my mindset. Thanks Chris! 💜🧡

Love this workout. I have only done a few workouts using the ball, and with each workout, I have gained more confidence. Like the Caddyshack reference, "Be The Ball." Or I guess I could say, "Be one with the ball."😂😂 Seriously though, thank you Chris for creating workouts that truly empower me. I love that you make sure your class knows that it is okay to use less weight, or no weight, and that our form is the most important part. You are an amazing instructor. Thank you. 🥰

I really love doing these workouts on the stability ball, especially the pullovers and skull crushers....it supports my back brilliantly. Great mix up with the abs. I felt really good afterwards. Totally brilliant workout, Thank you.
