This city is really pretty. I was there only once, but took some great pictures. It's too bad the grafitti, the protests, the noise, modernity.

Ask before starting any routes in Cauca. I am Colombian and for as long as I can remember, this region has had problems, especially Cali-Popayan (protests, closures...). Ask who? I would go to the bus terminal and ask a couple of bus drivers: which routes do you drive? Are they OK now? Have you seen protests?
