Everybody knows that this is scripted. And honestly, I don't even care. It's still fun to watch and I don't get why people are hating on him. I mean, sure some parts of the video are kind of bad played, but it's still good.
Edit: Some people didn't read the whole comment as it seems because they are replying with stuff like "MhMHm 0:69 he OBVIOUSLY gave HiMselF a RottEN flesH!!" LIKE I KNOW THAT IT IS SCRIPTED AND HE CHEATED. READ THE WHOLE COMMENT!

He still could've escaped without the ghast. He could just grab the 2 netherrack blocks and make a stair case to the 3 block high pillar. Then just jump off, gaining an additional 1 block of height, so he will fall 4 blocks, which is the minimum amount to take fall damage. Repeat this until he dies.
