How do you keep your paint markers from spitting out and fraying?? I struggle so much with keeping them from sputtering out and either catching on the surface, or fraying so badly just after the shortest use agh-- This is amazing! I wish I could get my brain to figure out how to layer/what to cut out when layering but I guess it's all trial/error for a bit until you figure it out.

Nice work! I was messing around with layered pieces of my designs a few years back when I had access to a CNC machine and a lot of scrap dibond and foam board material. Do you have to plane the plywood before you start creating.? I always had warping issues with plywood back in the skating days. Any issues with warping?
