first time here, really enjoyed your video, only discovered orchids a while back, this is second year, we just have room for 6 plants in a small window facing SSE in the kitchen, no sills here in Alberta Canada so for us that limits more plants, our first Phal is just starting a new stem, which is very exciting, I study them several times a day to see progress and to spot any problems, so far so good, I got a few pointers from your video that will put me in good stead, lets hope I can remember,

It's amazing how much Spanish moss they can cram into one pot and the poor Roots can't get any Oxygen! I have to I need to repot and one I think is growing in-law so if I don't soon get to it it's going to look horrible! It's one of those huge huge flowers it's like a waterfall White and it was expensive so I better get cracking

I was wondering Carolyn do you still have this orchid? Those are huge beautiful flowers an interesting it has that keiki... That's the kind it stops the growth of the mother plant... I have two that are developing keikis and they are growing as a separate plant alongside the mother plant so they'll just stay like they are I'm not going to try to separate... I have another one but has a keiki growing at the end of a spike where are there no more flowers but it hasn't developed any Roots just three leaves and it looks as if maybe it's not going to make it since it appears the stem that was feeding it is dying
