I used to do crazy stuff like this too. 3 hernia surgeries later, now I just fire up my Skid loader with the forks and load it up and never break a sweat. Although I do miss being invincible like that for sure.

Yea it’s probably not the best thing for ur back but a newer sled really isn’t that heavy. Most of these people have probably never even lifted a sled.

I just brought a sled and tried this the other day. Not to bad. Everyone who is complaining is most likely out of shape. Good up👍

I give you credit for being able to load your sled by yourself like that... Ive had hernia surgery and have arthritis so the old give'r gas and up the ramp she goes will still be the way I load.
