Winning the Conference League and a top 4 finish = a successful season. We have the talent to finish top 4 ahead of Villa, Man U, Spurs, etc. The "emerging threat" is premature but we can be. The fact is our team is deep in most positions regardless of the ups and downs. Owner's buying strategy has been scrutinized by most of us but let's see how this season unfolds. Maresca is showing command and very good in-game management and his subs are solid. Confidence is building...let's keep expectations real.

Top should absolutely be our aim. Only city, Liverpool and arsenal are above us. We’re better than Man Utd, Newcastle, spurs and Villa will have a hard time handling a lot of champions league games. I will be very disappointed if we don’t get 4th.

You are right. When we start taking points from the top 6 teams, then we will progress up the table. Winning against Southampton, Ipswich, and Bournemouth not giving us advantage because top teams are also going to beat them.
