It's really odd to be able to say that a youtube video like this invokes such nostalgia in me, and reminds me of the terrible state of mind I once was in, regarding myself and life. Hearing this song again after so long gives a feeling of pain and nostalgia, a bitter sweet feeling I can hardly describe.

It reminds me of a time when I was young, lost, confused, sad, envious, spiteful, and wanted nothing but my life as it was to end. For such a young age, it is not something I should have gone through mentally, and it is still something many of my peers today cannot fully relate to. I am nothing special, nor are my past troubles. But they are important to me, the journey to overcoming those hurdles told me much more than anything else in life ever could. Sometimes I forget. I forget what I've gone through, and I slip up, sometimes I just let go. It's important to remember. Listening to this, I can envision myself as I was once again. Sitting in that dark room, tears rolling down my face listening to this, not knowing what I can do to fix my life, believing that I cannot fix it, the only solution being to end it. This song, along with many other songs made by Sagun, specifically "I'll keep you safe", have a special place in my heart and once comforted me in a time when it felt like nothing else was there to.
