I think a chicken would have invented the feather gliders. While wearing them, they function like a elytra, but when you right-click while wearing them, they shoot a gust of wind they pushes mobs back and lifts them up.

I think the chicken would’ve invented an E.G.G robot, a robot that’s shaped like an Egg and mine, alert you when ores and valuable blocks are nearby and attack mobs with lasers for you, kinda like a wolf but better

i think a chicken would've invented sharp feathers if you click them in your right hand it would make all nearby mobs lighter and weaker, If you put it in your offhand and click, you could throw it damaging mobs.
